Overview

Bringing a corporate bank’s story online

Corporate banking clients look for clear information: what the bank offers, where it operates and what it has been doing. The website needed to present that with the polish expected of a financial institution.

Just as important, the bank’s team needed to keep the site current themselves. So the project paired the public website with content-management tools for pages, reusable content blocks and publishing.

Public website

Clear pages for services, the institution and its reach

Consistent layouts make banking offerings easy to compare, while the corporate overview and coverage pages explain who the bank is and where it works. Select any screen to enlarge it.

Content management

Built so the bank’s team can publish without a developer

Behind the public site sits a content-management system for editing pages, composing them from reusable blocks, managing news and controlling what is published.

  • Page editing and publishing controls
  • Reusable content blocks, such as service cards
  • News and press management
  • Administration of the assistant’s knowledge sources

Administrative screens are not shown here to protect the client’s internal information.

News and press: content the bank’s team publishes through the CMS.

Digital assistant

Answers for visitors, from content the bank controls

An on-site assistant helps visitors find information about the bank. Its knowledge sources are managed from the CMS, so the team decides what it can draw on. It provides general information, not financial advice or account services.
